Refund Policy – Vintarian

Vintarian, operated by Vintarian LLC, uses a made-to-order production model. Each product is manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Because all items are custom-produced, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.

By placing an order on vintarian.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The product contains a printing or quality error

  • The order is confirmed lost in transit

Issues must be reported within:

30 days after delivery, or
30 days after the estimated delivery date (for lost packages)

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to our made-to-order production process, Vintarian does not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color or style chosen

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

  • Minor variations in print placement or color caused by production processes

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before completing a purchase.

3. Size Exchanges

At this time, Vintarian does not offer size exchanges.

Each item is produced individually after purchase, and replacements for different sizes require a completely new production process.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Photo of the full product (when applicable)

Failure to provide photographic evidence may delay or prevent resolution.

If approved, Vintarian will provide, at no additional cost:

✅ a replacement item, or
✅ a refund when replacement is not possible

5. Lost Packages

If an order is lost during transit, Vintarian will investigate the shipment.

If confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.

Customers must first:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Verify the delivery address

  • Contact the shipping carrier

Vintarian is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to claim delivery

  • Customer absence during delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Unclaimed returned items may be disposed of or donated after 30 days.

Refunds are not issued for unclaimed shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

9. Fraud Prevention

Vintarian reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases involving:

  • Abuse of refund requests

  • Suspicious activity

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Repeated refund behavior

10. Policy Updates

Vintarian reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on vintarian.com.
