Returns Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. That is why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped. However, if a damaged or incorrectly labeled item accidentally passes through our quality control or gets damaged during shipping, we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be our fault are covered at our expense. We do not offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
Currently, we do not offer size exchanges due to our print-on-demand model. However, we are working on a solution to offer size exchanges in the future. We advise our customers to carefully choose their sizes and refer to the size guide - Size Searching.
Lost Products in Transit: For packages lost in transit, any claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We cover the cost of the product and the shipping of a new order for you.
Before this, we ask for our customer’s help to verify that the shipping address is correct and that they have contacted the carrier to try to locate the order.
We also advise our customers to keep in mind that if the tracking information states that an order was delivered, but the customer believes they have not received it, we cannot be held responsible and cannot resend the order. We advise that customers check if a relative or neighbor received the package.

Products Returned Without Any Reason: If the product is returned to our partner center, returns that are not claimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). We advise you to carefully check your address information before finalizing the order to avoid future shipping issues.
Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments are returned to our supplier’s facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment. When our supplier receives a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to us, and we will contact you as soon as possible. If not claimed within 30 business days, the product will be donated to charity (if and as applicable). We advise our customers to contact us as soon as possible via email at sacvintarian@gmail.com
