Returns & Refund Policy – Vintarian

At Vintarian, operated by Vintarian LLC, each product is made specifically upon order through an on-demand production process. Because of this, all return and refund requests are handled according to the conditions below.

By placing an order on vintarian.com, you agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To qualify:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Clear photos showing the issue must be provided

  • The product must be unused

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.

2. Lost Packages

If your order is lost during transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before replacement approval, customers may be asked to:

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Verify delivery details

Approved lost-package claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the shipment is returned:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • Reshipment will occur only after address confirmation

Vintarian is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

4. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information confirms that an order was delivered, Vintarian cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Customers should first:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Verify delivery location

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

5. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse

Because all products are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Wrong size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Style or color preference

    • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

6. Size Exchanges

At this time, Vintarian does not offer size exchanges.

If a different size is desired, a new order must be placed.

7. Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are unclaimed or refused and returned to our processing facility may require payment of reshipping fees.

Unclaimed returned items may be disposed of or donated after 30 days if no reshipment request is made.

8. Reporting a Problem

To report an issue, customers must contact:

Incomplete reports may delay or prevent resolution.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons where applicable.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
