Shipping & Delivery Policy – Vintarian

Vintarian, operated by Vintarian LLC, produces all products on demand. Each item is manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

By placing an order on vintarian.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period required to manufacture and prepare your order before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Most orders are processed within this timeframe; however, processing may take longer during:

  • High-demand periods

  • Holidays

  • Large or multi-item orders

  • Payment verification procedures

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping begins once the order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

Apparel (T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Long Sleeve Shirts, Polo Shirts, Cropped Tops)

  • Estimated delivery: 4–22 business days after order ful.

Outerwear (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Pants, Joggers)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–22 business days after order ful.

All-Over Print Products

(Shirts, Leggings, Dresses, Skirts, Tops, Shorts, Swimwear, Accessories)

  • Estimated delivery: 6–13 business days after order ful.

Headwear

(Caps, Beanies, Bucket Hats, Visors)

  • Estimated delivery: 6–13 business days after order ful.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, logistics delays, or other factors outside Vintarian’s control.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.

Eligible orders totaling USD $500 or more may qualify for free shipping, as displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

5. Ownership Transfer & Shipping Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

Vintarian is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or logistics disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

7. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, customers should:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Verify delivery location details

Vintarian cannot guarantee replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

8. Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur during transportation.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Vintarian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers assume responsibility for orders once delivery confirmation has been issued by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

10. Policy Updates

Vintarian reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on vintarian.com.
